Basic Introduction to Krav Maga

Seminar Description:
This basic introduction to Krav Maga course is designed to provide the student with the knowledge, skills, and mindset to begin rudimentary hand-to-hand combatives and self-defense training. However, it should be fully understood that this is merely a basic introductory course and that participation in a regularly scheduled on-going program is recommended in order to increase the individual students ability to effectively defend themselves should the need arise. Please be advised that this is NOT a two day seminar. The same information will be presented on both days and is set-up this way in order to allow the individual to choose on which day they would like to attend. When contacting us, please specify on which day you plan on attending.
